Let's write a
mini-book.
Published POV is a digital publishing consultancy that helps creators and entrepreneurs increase their authority by publishing mini-books.
Are mini-books right for you?
You're a prolific content creator.
But your best thinking is scattered across posts, podcasts, and client transcripts. There's no one place for people to go deep on your ideas.
You want to write a book.
But the traditional approach of disappearing for a year to write a manuscript, and then hoping people read it, isn't how you want to do it.
You run a B2B services business.
But there's nowhere for potential clients to learn what you do. Every sales call starts from scratch, instead of "I've read everything you've written, and I'm ready."
Published and proven mini-books.
I've co-authored 100+ mini-books. Here are a few client examples:
You have big ideas, but people only get a glimpse.
Maybe you've got 40,000 followers and years of newsletters behind you. Maybe you've got 1,000 followers who are true fans. Either way, the problem is the same.
Short-form content gets consumed like candy. People scan it, like it, and scroll on.
There's nowhere for people to go deep on your thinking — depth builds trust and compounds your authority.
That's the problem mini-books solve.
A mini-book is a long-form piece of content published online that anyone can find. Think of it as one chapter of your book, available to those who want to go deeper.
It doesn't get consumed and forgotten. It gets referenced, shared, and returned to.
The mini-book method.
Here's how it works:
Outline
We talk through your frameworks, ideas, and concepts to create a publishing order. This gives your mini-books structure and helps each one build on the last.
Write
Each month, we write a mini-book built around one core idea. You talk through your thinking on a 60-minute call, I write the draft, and we do two rounds of feedback until it's ready to publish.
Publish
I polish the mini-book so it's ready to copy and paste into your platform of choice. While we're wrapping up one mini-book, we're already outlining the next. The process is nonlinear by design, because good thinking doesn’t happen on a deadline.
Repeat
By your third mini-book, patterns emerge. We'll see what resonates, what needs more depth, and what your audience keeps coming back to. That's when we build a publishing roadmap around your business goals, working backward from a book outline.
What clients have to say.
"Katrina is a triple threat: clear writer, sharp editor, and strategic thinker. I have worked with her for years, and she is always the first person I think of when a new opportunity arises."
"Publishing mini-books completely changed our inbound. Now, we book calls with people who already get it."
"Working with Katrina on mini books has expanded our IP, increased our impact and authority, and significantly increased our inbound lead quality. She is an incredible thought partner and writer. We could not do this without her."
“Katrina is my writing partner in crime. The Veteran Entrepreneur mini-book was a manifesto and an MBA-level playbook distilled into something I could put in front of my audience. I'm locked in for the long haul.”

FAQs
Who's behind Published POV
I'm Katrina Kirsch— a writer, digital publishing strategist, and the founder of Published POV.
I started this business because I've seen what consistent, in-depth thought leadership can do. I've had clients raise millions in funding, triple their revenue, and land dream brand partnerships while publishing their thinking.
Most founders and creators have a unique point of view. They just need someone to push their thinking and structure it into a story that resonates with their audience.
That's where mini-books come in.
I've been writing for entrepreneurs since the start of my career, and I'm excited to work with you.
On a personal note, I've been working remotely and slow traveling the world for over 10 years. When not on the go, I'm based in Michigan.
